the hotel restaurant offered an excellent prime rib. i found this to be the best i have ever had. the water fountains are a very nice touch. the room included a nespresso machine with all the goodies.
the reception desk was inadequately staffed during check-in and check-out. this resulted in a long queue at peak times. the bed was very soft. i felt the floor in the bathroom was slippery when wet, and no mat was provided in the shower.
